These RPM"s should work on most modern RPM-based Linux distributions (based on glibc 2.3.2 or newer). Actually, they were compiled on a RedHat 9 with gcc 3.3.2, using third-party packages listed in mozart/misc/README-build-unix. These RPM"s include the copy of libgcc_s.so/libstdc++.so of the compiler used to compile Mozart (i.e. 3.3.2). This makes the RPM"s even more "generic", but using locally compiled native functors can fail, e.g. when the local compiler is more recent than the one that was used to compile the RPM"s.
