I have tagged the release in CVS: release tag is mozart-1-2-5 for ALL
modules. There are 4 modules: mozart and mozart-stdlib as before, and
new optional modules gtk-canvas and mozart-gtk. The new download site
is now in a reasonable state and is becoming populated.
All modules seem now to build properly on Linux (Gentoo and Red Hat)
and MacOSX (thanks to Marc-Antoine). The Windows port should not be
affected, but is not yet fully up to date since there have been some
minor changes. I have not had time to check other platforms.
What remains to be done:
* WINDOWS: please grab a newer version of gdbm if not already the case
so that we can close the "reorganize" bug, and if possible build a
new release with the slightly updated code base.
* SOLARIS: somebody please verify that this release builds on
solaris. Contribute back binary distros.
* same goes for xyzBSD.
* DEBIAN: Marco, please could you do that little debian dance of joy
and make sure things still build for you too. By the way could you
remember to add the new HPPA architecture to the list of supported
platforms (fingers crossed, I have not checked this platform since I
did the port). Thanks.
* RPMs: anybody running anything other than Red Hat 8.0 please grab
the source RPMs, build the binaries and send me back urls.
Of course, something _will_ break; so please report back as soon as
you can.
Cheers,
