Definitely! I was not proposing new development because developer
involvement had dwindled to an all time low, but if this is changing
then I'd much rather see efforts expanded on new development.

The idea was that you would normally pick the ones at the top,
i.e. the most recent as indicated by the date. I wanted to preserve
easy access to earlier versions, just in case, while a the same time
giving a sense of how frequently things were updated. In practice,
this doesn't seem to work very well :-( Oh well... at least now, it
is a lot easier to change that.
