mozart-gtk CVS compile failure

Building mozart-gtk after mozart CVS tree as of today, I get

/usr/local/oz/bin/ozengine Generator.ozf OzWrapper.ozf
'parse error'(9648
fd_mask|fd_set|'__fd_mask'|suseconds_t|sigset_t|'__sigset_t'|'__sig_atomic_t'|register_t|u_int64_t|u_int32_t|,,,|,,,)

and the ozengine process seems to never terminate.

Help?
