hello. I'm the one behind the Great Win32 Computer Language Shootout.
I already advertised the inclusion of Mozart on this group, and already
asked for help from more skillfull oz programmers.

in the mean time, the languages became 39, and Oz is not the last one
anymore :-)
I've also fixed up sorting the scorecard table, dividing the score for
the number of tests it passes. Oz has an 'average score' of 23.71, which
positions it between Erlang and Haskell (the Glasgow Compiler).
but please don't take these results for granted, the calculation needs
to be greatly improved (hence the name of the page, craps.html, which
stands for Completely Random and Arbitrary Point System (tm) :-).
it's better to view the results on the language page:
http://dada.perl.it/shootout/oz.html
and compare them to other languages, eg:
http://dada.perl.it/shootout/erlang.html
http://dada.perl.it/shootout/ghc.html
http://dada.perl.it/shootout/java.html
...
by the way, the big language list is available on the homepage:
http://dada.perl.it/shootout/

I'm sorry if you didn't got the policy. it's as simple as four words:
learn and have fun.
for a more complete explanation of the philosophy behind all this, you can
refer to the Original Shootout site by Doug Bagley (linked everywhere on my
pages).
regarding real world Mozart/Oz examples, I will implement more benchmarks,
but I stumbled upon what seems a bug in STDIN redirection with Mozart that
stopped me from working on all benchmarks that require some data input.
this is bug #860 in the bug tracking system, if anybody's interested.
cheers,
Aldo
