The documentation says "It is not possible to link to a C run-time library other than msvcrt.dll"
What exactly does this mean? Does it mean, for example, that I cannot write *anything* that would
use pre-existing dll (odbc for example)? I would have thought I could write a C wrapper in OZ style
to call the dll?
