Hello,
I just printed the Oz tutorial using the downloadable PDF files, and I found
that there are (many) missing images in the PDF, even just viewing it in
Acrobat 6 (no need to print).
I tried the postscript version and I found a weird behaviour: the images
appear for an instant, disappearing soon after. I'm using GSview.
I'm using an A4 printer, but even trying to change printer (and page format)
I can't display a working preview.
In order to test it, go to page 11 of Oz.ps. or Oz.Pdf: the snapshot doesn't
show at all.
I'm using WindowsXp, Acrobat 6, latest gsview and ghostscript.
