BioInformatics

Since December 2004, when I joined Ralf Blossey's team at IRI (Lille, France), I have been designing and implementing a new language for the modeling and the stochastic simulation of biomolecular systems.

In addition to Ralf Blossey, I am primarily working with Céline Kuttler (doctoral student) and Gil Payet (Master student) on applying (and revising) the language on practical biomodels, but also with Joachim Niehren and Cédric Lhoussaine on issues concerning the semantics of the language.
